Tickets & Bookings
Tickets are valid for entry on the date selected at booking. Dated tickets can be moved to another day free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the ticket has not been used.
Visitor Conduct
Visitors must follow posted rules, staff instructions, animal-viewing guidance, and safety notices while on site.
Changes & Availability
Animal habitats, talks, and experiences may change for animal welfare, weather, or maintenance. If a booked experience is cancelled, we will email you and offer a new date or a full refund for that experience.
